Adami

Veneto

Adami is a family locally known as 'I Casel' with deep roots in our local area, who have for generations now produced wine from our own vineyards and those of long-trusted growers. Today, the fourth generation, in the persons of Fabrizio, Claudio and Cristina, are actively contributing, and brand exploration has now spread to four continents.

We work hand-in-hand with nature every day and strive to offer quality of life prospectives to future generations as well. That same responsibility means a reduction of our carbon footprint in as many areas as possible.

An impressive component of the Valdobbiadene tradition and part of our family since the early 1900s, Col Fondo owes its name to the yeast activity. Once the yeast has consumed all the sugar in the grape must, its cells form a sediment (the fondo) on the bottom of the bottle, which over time contributes to an intriguing evolution of the wine.
